Benga Autologistics is one of the market leaders in Romanian autologistics and an innovator in the field .
This was determined by the fact that starting with 2002, when this service became a priority for the company, there have been investments in modernizing and expansion of the infrastructure so that the company can provide transport, logistics services within a modern location and owning all the necessary facilities.
Trucks fleet
The company currently owns the following infrastructure for the performance of transport of vehicles activities and accessories for automotive industry:
- 25Renault Premium trucks with Rolfo trailers used for the transport of vehicles, the capacity of each platform is 7-8 vehicles, depending on the vehicles;
- 7Renault Mascott speciliased for transport of vehicles with a loading capacity of 2 vehicles, to which there are attached Eurobody semitrailers for one vehicle;
- 4Renault Magnum trucks with Schmitz semitrailers with the following features 13,6x2,46x2,75 and the total loading capacity of 20 tones for cargo transport by road.
Auto logistics surfaces
The company currently owns the following infrastructure for the performance of the auto logistics activity:
- The storage area arranged for parking lots of 75.000 sqm which provides the possibility of individual storage of around 3.000 vehicles, 100% tarmaced well drained and provides storage in superior quality conditions; the entire area is marked and numbered and administrated by the informatic data system;
- An area designed for the loading/unloading operations of 20.208 sqm where all loading/unloading operations are performed for the transport of vehicles;
- A temporary storage area for vehicles of 15.200 sqm in case of high volumes;
- A warehouse for accessories and kits of 200 sqm;
- An administrative office of 600 sqm for the auto department, operational services, customs services, with meeting rooms and training rooms for employees;
- Specific outfits for the staff that performs activities within auto logistics department, manufactured in order not to damage the vehicles when being handled. These outfits were manufactured in accordance with the producer quality standards.
Auto logistics security
The company currently owns the following infrastrusture in what concerns the security for the logistic centre:
- Perimeter fence;
- Individual security stations;
- Mobile security team within the park;
- Video surveillance system available 24/7/365 which monitors all the events in the park. The system provides the possibility to record the events and the online secured access;
Currently the company owns an IT infrastructure to administrate the data and to manage the operations and the KPI and to provide reporting for the partners.
