Autologistics facilities

Benga Autologistics logistic centre has a customs relations department which provides the performance of all customs operations for a potential client. The department has direct access to the customs informatic system. The centre can also perform customs warehouse operations.

All the opeartions performed in the centre are monitored and they are performed by means of the informatic administration data system, which allows the map of the parking lots as well as the management of the operations perfromed in the centre.

Two categories of staff that perform the activity for the department, one team is responsible for the customs clearance activities and another team is in charge with the operational activities of the centre. The staff benefits of training and assessment processes in accordance with the producers' quality requests.

Benga Autologistics has the possibility of providing the training for the employees in accordance with the producers' requests by means of the training centre available at the administrative office, managed by the person in charge of the quality standards maintenance in the company.

  • Unloading of trucks on special arranged platforms and monitored by the specialised staff, in accordance with the planning of the producer or the transport operator of the producer;
  • Taking over and the management of the transport documents;
  • Vehicles check upon arrival by specialised staff in accordance with producer's quality standards;
  • Handling and the stroage of vehciles in the park on designated lots and coded according to the producer's quality standards;
  • Performing customs operations for the producer;

  • Storage and handling of the compulsory kits delivered together with the vehicles (identity books, guarantee certificates, instructions manual, medical kits, fire extinguishers, etc). The management of the logistic operations for these tools is also monitored by the informatic data system;
  • Loading of the vehicles prepared for delivery on the trucks, operation performed by specialised staff and in accordance with the loading planning agreed with the transport operators;
  • Transport documents for vehicles;
  • An integrated software to administrate the activities in the centre, to monitor the activities as well as the reporting of indicators status to tertian parts;

The activity of the centre is performed according to the performance indicators agreed with the producer, and in this way the assessment of the damages level represents a KPI for Benga Autologistics; the informatic system implemented can provide the permanent assessment of this indicator and the reporting of data to the producer.
